A Book for Klarna

This little book helped consolidate the tone of voice and brand story for the Swedish payment service – Klarna. It even made the boss cry. An adaptation of this book was subsequently circulated to all Klarna employees. Think of it as a brand inspiration piece, that could be better, of course.
